Terms of Service

Last updated 10 September 2026 · microearns is operated by Wildbridge LLC (“we”, “us”).

1. What microearns is

microearns is a marketplace where requesters post short feedback and research tasks and workers complete them for a fixed reward. We provide the platform, hold requester funds in a wallet, and pay approved work into worker balances. We are not a party to the work itself.

2. Accounts

You need a Google account to sign in and must be at least 18. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that submit fabricated work, use automation to complete tasks, create duplicate accounts, or otherwise abuse the service.

3. Workers

• Complete tasks yourself, in your normal browser, following the brief. Every task includes a verification question; answer it truthfully.
• You are paid only when the requester approves your submission. Requesters may request one revision or reject work that does not follow the brief. You may appeal a rejection once; the decision after an appeal is final.
• Rewards are credited to your balance in US dollars. You can withdraw from $10 via Wise or USDT (TRC-20). Payouts are processed daily at 09:00 UTC by Wildbridge LLC. We may hold payouts while we investigate suspected abuse.
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

4. Requesters

• Only feedback and research tasks are allowed: video feedback, website and onboarding tests, listing checks, content review. Tasks whose value is an engagement signal (views, likes, follows, installs, sign-ups, clicks on search results, reviews) are not allowed and will be removed.
• Write a clear brief and a verification question. Review submissions in good faith and within 7 days; we may approve submissions that are not reviewed in time.
• Approving a submission pays the reward from your wallet. Wallet funds are non-refundable except where required by law, and are only spent on approved work.
• Submitted work is licensed to you for your internal use. Do not publish worker names or contact workers outside the platform.

5. Fees and payments

Requester wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe. Worker payouts are made by Wildbridge LLC via Wise or USDT; payout rails may change with notice. Amounts are shown in US dollars.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content in tasks or submissions. No attempts to circumvent screening, scrape the platform, or interfere with other users.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Wildbridge LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us or we owe you in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@microearns.com.
