Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 September 2026 · microearns is operated by Wildbridge LLC (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

• Account: your name and email address from Google sign-in, and a Google account identifier so we can recognise you next time. We never see your Google password and request no other Google data.
• Worker profile: the display name, country, languages and device types you enter, and your onboarding status.
• Tasks and submissions: what you post or submit, review decisions, appeals, and an automated specificity score used to prioritise human review.
• Per submission: your country, device type and browser family. Nothing else is collected about your browsing.
• Money: balance movements, payout requests and a masked payout destination. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never store them.
• Email: whether you have opted out of marketing email, and delivery events (bounces, complaints) from our email provider.
• Waitlist: email address, signup time, referrer and campaign tags if you joined the waitlist.

Why

To run the marketplace: match tasks to workers, let requesters review work, pay rewards and payouts, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, and send you emails about your own tasks, payouts and account. Marketing emails are sent only while you are opted in.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email), Stripe (requester payments), Wise and crypto payout providers (worker payouts), Anthropic (automated screening of submission text; no account details are sent), and Google (sign-in). Requesters see the submissions and the display name of workers on their own tasks; workers see requester display names on tasks. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and transaction records are kept while your account exists and for as long as required for tax and accounting. Waitlist contacts are deleted on request. Email delivery logs are kept for 12 months.

Your choices

• Opt out of marketing email from your account page or the unsubscribe link in any campaign email. Emails about your own tasks and payouts still arrive.
• Ask us to export or delete your data at hello@microearns.com. Deletion may be delayed while a payout or dispute is open.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
